Dock and Wall Requirements

Any new construction  or repair to an existing dock or wall requires the submission of a completed Docks and Walls application to the CLOA Board for approval.

All work must be approved by CLOA and the Inland Wetlands Authority of Wolcott or Bristol as appropriate.  New construction may require n A2 survey of the property.
