At last year’s Annual Meeting the membership voted to raise the CLOA Annual Dues by an additional $50.00.
CLOA 2026 Annual Dues are now $700.00, and are payable January 1, 2026. Dues must be paid within 90 days. Any payments received after March 31st will be subject to a $50.00 late fee and interest as appropriate

North Street Dam Improvement Project
North Street has been reopened

Dam and Roadway Improvement Project
The Dam and Roadway Improvement Project will go forward this Fall. Work is scheduled to begin at the end of October, and the lake level will be lowered 4 feet to accommodate this project.
