CLOA Membership Transfer Fee
The CLOA Board of Directors has set a membership transfer fee of $1,200.00 that will apply to any sale or transfer of ownership of a CLOA member property to a new owner.
The fee will not apply to the sale or transfer of a CLOA member property to an immediate family member (defined as Father/Mother, Son/Daughter, or Spouse).
